Hamilton College Jazz Archive excerpts from their extensive oral history collection have been published in Tales from Jazz Legends. Full transcripts are on the archive website.
Institute of Jazz Studies - the largest jazz archive on this planet. Get out to Newark, NJ and check it out.

Current Research in Jazz open access journal publishing peer-reviewed articles of jazz research.
Critical Studies In Improvisation - open access, peer reviewed journal. 
The Jazz Review Magazine - the entire run of this short-lived magazine (1958-1961) is now up online.
Journal of Jazz Studies - open access, peer reviewed online journal published by the Institute of Jazz Studies at Rutgers. Formerly the print journal Annual Review of Jazz Studies.
Pointof Departure - free online magazine published quarterly. 

Radio

WKCR - Columbia University Radio features epic birthday/memorial marathon broadcasts, Bird Flight, Out to Lunch, Traditions in Swing, the Musicians Show, Jazz Profiles. 
WBGO - Make sure you tune in to both of the channels - regular programming on 88.3 and the Jazz Bee channel featuring emerging artists.
KUNM-  - My friend Mark Weber takes care of business on Thursday’s at noon (MT) via the University of New Mexico’s station. Be sure to check out Mark's blog.
WNUR-  - Northwestern University’s radio station in Evanston, IL

Jazz Local 32 - John Fenton blog focussed on the scene in Auckland (and particularly the CJC). Plenty of photos and videos from the gigs.
